I need some help...

I really want to repaint my bedroom. I have very similar furntire to this. It's a honey pine color right now. I have a mostly white duvet cover with red accents on it right now. I'd like to still use my duvet cover and the red accents. I like the wall color in this first pic.


Should I paint my funiture this antique color or

this black color?

I'll take any additional ideas too.

We are having...

I don't know! We have decided not to find out. I've always found out before but I really want it to be a surprise on the D-day. I don't need anything for either gender. I have neutral crib bedding but lets be honest "it" will sleep with us. They ALL do:) Well, they used to until they got too big or kicked in their sleep a little too much. I have the big u/s in one month. I could have a gender ultrasound any time but I honestly have no desire. So if you will...think girlie thoughts for me. It really doesn't matter what "it" is just that we get to bring "it" home (hopefully right away). But if I had a choice I'd go for evening up the numbers around here.

14 weeks...quick update

We've made it to 14 weeks...phew!! Everything is seems to be going great.

Favorite character: Elmo (I had no idea he knew who Elmo was. He naps during that show but G-ma gave him Elmo slippers for Christmas and he hasn't taken them off)

This young man has almost made it to 8. (Next Monday to be exact) Can you believe it? It blows my mind.
